Joystick Calibration - Project-Stinger/Main GitHub Wiki
Apart from the trigger, the joystick is the only input method. So it's important that it stays calibrated. Just like any potentiometer based joystick, our joystick can experience drift and inaccuracies that change over time. That's why there's a way to calibrate it so that the software knows the center and all min and max values of the joystick.
To enter joystick calibration, go to Device Menu, then Joystick Calibration. There are clear instructions on screen so we won't be going over them here.
For Emergencies
Since you need the joystick to enter the menu and select the joystick calibration, you may lock yourself out of the blaster, if it is calibrated incorrectly. To prevent this, you can enter joystick calibration by holding the trigger during bootup. Then press the trigger again while you see the progress bar at "Joystick Calibration".
