Timeline - the top part above the chart:

There's settings here.

Week start date:

Select if the week starts. Only relevant if you view the visual at a weekly level

When zoomed in to the week level, you will see the days grouped into weeks, starting with the selected weekday:

Here the weekday is changed to Sunday:

Zoom Level:

Turn this option on, and you will be able to chose a default zoom

Default Value for zoom level:

Let you set a zoom level that will be the default level everytime someone opens your report.

Header Formatting:

The remaining options let you format the timeline header. Select header hight, background color, font color, and font size. There are separate options for the top header and the bottom header.
