You can hide specific columns from being displayed in Report/Viewing mode. Hiding columns is different from filtering because it allows you to use them in calculations even though they are not visible to the user. If columns are filtered, they cannot be used in calculations.

To hide columns, perform the following 3 steps:

1. Enter Edit mode.
2. Right-click the header of the column that you want to hide (notice a step is added to the Applied steps list).
3. Choose Hide column.
4. Optionally, you can specify a condition using a formula
