This speech was about 10 ways to have a better conversation. At very first of this speech the speaker use attention getter. She asked questions to her audience and thus she can able to engage her audience to the speech. She also asked funny questions and her listener get more engaged to the speech.if the started taking like a robot and just simply describe the 10 ways,nobody would listen to her.She perfectly used attention getter by asking some funny questions to her audience.

She also used listener relevance ,listener relevance is something that highlights the topics significant and it help to understand the audience that the topic is important to their life .Using listener relevance she perfectly can engaged her audience.The summary of her listener relevance is ,in our day to day live ,we are divided ,we need to speak with each other and every conversation has the potential to develop an argument but our polititian can’t do it perfectly .We are not listening to each other so it is very important to have good conversational skills.
