Primogen

Primogen are the representative of the Clans, represented as minor positions in the mod. Kingdom and Empire level rulers are expected to have these posts fulfilled, or they will upset the marginalized Clans. Poor (aptitude wise) Primogen will create malus for the realm though, making finding a good one for each Clan an important and long term endeavor.
