Keys
The use of the RSA algorithm for digital signature generation and verification is specified in American National Standard (ANS) X9.31 and Public Key Cryptography Standard (PKCS) #1.
RexChain uses 2048 bits RSA Keys in PEM format for maintaining the security of us users, complying with the highest accepted cryptographic standards.
Keys File
We will explain how is the format of the "keys" file in version 1.0, released on 27th February 2019. The RexChain-Wallet only will work with this type of file.

The file that with RexChain-Wallet works must has the following structure:

This file has an extension txt and consists of the following components:
- Header
- Public key
- Private key
which we explain below.
Header
The header is composed of additional information about the keys and the keys file version, this information must always start with the symbol "#".
For the Rexchain-Wallet these lines are comments, i.e. RexChain-Wallet always ignores the lines that start with "#" in the file.
For example, a file keys created in Prescrypto App has the following structure:

Private Key
Is an RSA key in PEM format and with a size of 2048 bits plus symmetric encryption through AES method with a PIN code of four numbers, where the result is encoding in base64, this encrypted key should have form:
