twitch - Twitch.tv Streams and VODs

Adds a "Twitch (x)" tab to your chat area, indicating that there are "x" live streams available. When you open the tab, you can select between live streams, the stream archive and VODs.

Live streams shows all active twich.tv channels for games "Quake Live", "Quake II" and "Quake".

Stream archive and VODs are loaded from predefined channels and sorted by their last activity: quakecon, faceittv, zlive, leveluptv, tastyspleentv

It is recommended to also enable the "resizeLayout" script, to benefit from larger screens.
