resizeLayout - Layout Resizer

This script makes better use of your screen real-estate:

• the main area is moved to the left to make more space for the chat area
• the chat area is enlarged to use the additional available height
• the server browser details view no longer shows a yellow scrollbar when there's many players

When you use this script, you should also enable [matchtip] to avoid clipping of "Live Game Info" pop-ups.
