Here you can find the explanation of item types.

Item type in world Gipter's domain is but a type of a copyright item. Here is complete list of types:

   SIMPLE, 
   PROTECTED, 
   STATEMENT, 
   TOOLKIT_DOCS, 
   SHARE_POINT_DOCS

The explanation of types is as follows:

SIMPLE - Gipter produces full git diff with the code in form of txt file. That file is a copyright item that is uploaded to the Toolkit.

PROTECTED - it may be that the customer does not allow to share any peace of the code but diff can contain headers of changes. In that case this type should be chosen. Gipter produces git diff with only headers of commits in form of txt file. That file is a copyright item that is uploaded to the Toolkit.

STATEMENT - not even headers of changes are allowed in diff. File with statement is uploaded to Toolit instead.

TOOLKIT_DOCS - scanning Toolkit for given project documentation to find documents that were changed by the user. Gipter produces zip file that contains snapshot of the documents. That file is a copyright item that is uploaded to the Toolkit.

SHARE_POINT_DOCS - scanning Toolkit for given project documentation to find documents that were changed by the user. Gipter produces zip file that contains snapshot of the documents. That file is a copyright item that is uploaded to the Toolkit.
