Terms of Use

Terminology

All configurations and text within this Repository are considered Public Domain. Do as you wish with them.

Additional profile submissions for games and applications are welcome.

You are of the understanding that any and all content submitted to be added and distributed must be released as Public Domain. Credit the file if you wish, but you are of the understanding that control of the code is lost and may be changed by another individual.

The only claims of ownership are:

  • The files submitted to this repository are stored on GitHub servers, not directly physically accessible by this Repositories owner. (By "physically accessible", that is reference to physical access to the servers themselves. I don't know anyone who can pick bits off a a platter or out of NVRAM.)
  • This Repositories owner(s) lays claim to these files in that they are monitored for change, health, and suitability for distribution to the best of their ability. Modification to the files to better the health and suitability for distribution is to be expected. The content and concept itself contained within each file is not claimed to be owned by this Repositories owner.

Single key submissions for additional key binds must be submitted as valid XML and containing contents and headers between <macro> and </macro>. Note macro as being singular, not plural

Full profile submissions are also welcome, but will be reviewed for suitability.

This repository DOES NOT, and WILL NOT contain information on how to apply key bindings using any other software outside the LGS package, or software created based on this GitHub repository.

Issues submitted requesting information pertaining to key binding software packages outside the concept of what this Repository provides will be immediately closed, locked and/or deleted with no further information provided, except maybe to this page. The exception to this rule will be public provided instructions on how to APPLY the G#-keys to different applications that can benefit from these additional rarely-used function keys. For example, instructions on how to apply your defined key bindings to applications like TeamSpeak, MicMute and others are valid tracker items. These issues will be converted to applicable Wiki style text, then closed.
