Customize u config.

1. Open "/UMINECRAFTSERVER/configs/pokecube/pokecube.cfg"
2. Now Change the stuff below and save the cfg

- B:cull=false
+ B:cull=true

- I:cullDistance=96
+ I:cullDistance=32

- B:deactivateAnimals=true
+ B:deactivateAnimals=false
