Umbrellas

Slow Falling - (Always/Enchanted Only/Never)

• Controls when umbrellas can be used to fall slowly.
• When set to Enchanted Only, the Gliding enchantment is needed to fall slowly.
• When set to Always, unenchanted Umbrellas act like they have Gliding III.

Smoke Boosting - (Always/Enchanted Only/Never)

• Controls when umbrellas can be used to boost upwards in smoke.
• When set to Enchanted Only, the Billowing enchantment is needed to boost upwards.

Strict Smoke Boosting - (true/false)

• Controls whether lava can be used as a source of smoke for smoke boosting.
• If enabled, players are able to cross lava oceans in the Nether very easily by floating over them. It's fun, but may be a balancing issue, so it can be disabled if it isn't wanted.

Durability - (true/false)

• Whether umbrellas have limited durability and break after too much use.

Elytra Changes

Mechanics similar to smoke boosting have long been suggested as a more balanced alternative to firework rockets. If you like the idea of elytra smoke boosting, this mod gives you the option to enable it here, and also comes with an option to disable firework rockets.

Both of these config options are disabled by default.

Elytra Smoke Boosting

• Allows Elytra to be boosted upwards by smoke.
• Elytra can only be boosted by campfire smoke; other smoke sources will not work.

Disable Firework Boosting

• Removes the elytra boosting functionality from fireworks.
