Gold Phoenix can do a minimum stencil size of 11.8" X 15.7".

Multi-project designs

from Gold Phoenix:

Do you refer to multi-project panel and want to design the two different dimension boards in one panel? If so,

1. Panelization of the multi-project panel must be done at customer side. We do not offer service to panelize multi-project panel. 
2. Max size for muti-project panel is 14.5”X10”
3. We need 40mil clearance between the boards.

To order multi-project panel, customer must allow 20% fail rate for the small unite on the panel. Since to remake the smale unite GP will have to remake the whole order will significantly increase our cost.

Note that Gold Phoenix will mark failed boards. On an order of 100 units (2 designed * 50 of each) there were no failed units.

With a 14.5"x10" panel, they send a 20.5"x16.5" stencil, framed by default, 0.13mm steel.

• If you want us to purchase the parts, we will need BOM in Excel sheet format with digikey part number and manufacturer part number like http://goldphoenixpcb.com/html/Support_Resource/faq.html#pa6 to quote the part cost.
• BTW, you could also send us parts, we will produce bare boards + assemble parts for you.
• We have some standard resistors and caps in Stock in our factory in China, can we switch those resistors and caps to the parts we have in China? We will replace the parts with our parts with the same spec, some parts maybe need to change the supplier.
