The Goro Goro no Mi (Lightning Lightning fruit) is one of the Devil Fruit classes you can choose in Pirate-Era.

The 4 Goro Goro no Mi moves in order are:

• Volt Hino
• Lightning flash
• El Thor
• Raigo

Volt Hino:

Description: The user shoots out an electric bird, stunning and damage the target.

Damage: Equal to willpower damage

Stun duration: 1 second

Stamina: 50% of willpower damage

Range: 30 blocks

Cooldown: 3 Seconds

Lightning flash:

Description: The user turns into lightning and dashes forward, will teleport to the location if close enough.

Teleport range: 30 blocks

Stamina: 20 stamina

Cooldown:

• 0.5 seconds out of combat and claims
• 1 second inside of claims
• 2 seconds when in combat

El Thor:

Description: The user sends out a large lightning beam to damage and stun their enemies (can also hit multiple times and explodes on impact).

Damage: Equal to willpower damage.

Stun duration: 1 second

Stamina: Equal to willpower damage

Range: 40 blocks

Explosion range: 7 blocks from the center

Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Raigo:

Description: The user throws a large ball of lightning towards the ground, damaging and stunning targets on the ground around the user.

Damage: 200% of willpower damage.

Stun duration: 3 seconds

Stamina: 200% of willpower damage

Range: 15 blocks around the center of impact

Cooldown: 25 Seconds
