2021/10/30

  • Information overload with 3 tabs as soon as you start the game
  • Story feature has some small bugs
  • Enemies are all the same
  • Could use more story and more structure
  • takes a while to have choices regarding equipment

2021/11/06

  • The story feels great with the photos and the watch later - skip options
  • The bugged up UI on the log feels unprofessional
  • too much information... Maybe hide stats and location until they are necessary
  • the damage log is so useless...
  • Kinda fun facing the bosses
  • the equipment system gets so cluttered, god x-x
  • I want the multiple equipment profile thing
  • the XP balance on bosses is broken and I can defeat the next boss way too fast. Very hard to balance XP stuff
  • Tonberries start way too weak. And the scale is bad.

2021/11/21

  • restart button at beginning of game does nothing and feels weird, maybe change it to restart area and do not enable it if area is initial.
  • Skill buttons are like 'wtf' and are appearing at reset screen
  • getting items is fun
  • Enchant fire is a bit over powered but not so bad
  • the strong enchant fire makes the game feel interesting!
    • this really makes me want to add a mechanic where the job levels up the more you use it :(

2021/11/27

  • UI looks like shit when starting out, wtf are those empty squares
  • Left useless bug white square to left of action buttons
  • Log empty windows also weird looking, wtf is that? no titles on those boxes and all
  • reset is bugged which also sucks
  • Story box is okay but the "entry form" looks very unprofessional
  • Buttons having different widths looks bad
  • sharpen spell appears but now idea on what it does, doesn't raise attack or anything
  • game has bugs so I can't really play the "real experience"

2021/12/04

  • UI looks like shit when starting out, wtf are those empty squares
  • entry form
  • first cutscene is very silly hard to know what is going on (like, where? 5Ws are gone) but it's short which is nice
  • Get bombarded with information as soon as the first cutscene is cleared, like really a lot of stuff opens up
  • Story button disabled but showing cutscene name is kinda annoying
  • hard to know when a button that was disabled becomes enabled (like, clear a area, 'next area' becomes active but it's hard to notice the change so you get stuck 'floating')

2021/12/12

  • Weird TEST button
  • feelings: there is little story and little lore, but it's an okay game I guess. Maybe need a bit more of a 'goal'

2021/12/18

  • First boss is too strong
  • Variety feels nice, a bit hard to notice next battle is a boss (maybe 'next area (boss)' wouuld be best)
  • MP punishment when changing equipment really sucks

2021/12/25

  • Story UI looks bad
  • Empty button to trigger story feels weird
  • Wish there was an appear animation for buttons when they first appear
  • Wish there was a graphic change on the hovered element
  • Initial battle scene has way too much info and hard to know what is most relevant (3 reads)
  • Hard to know what sets do
  • Wish there was explanation on what zZz is
  • no equipment names on equip sets
  • lots of unrelated buttons in Main portion
  • Very hard to notice you unlocked Wolf fields
  • story should just play itself

2021/01/02

  • First cutscene comes out of nowhere
  • 'Story scene' kinda breaks the world
  • turn order appearing and disappearing when enemy is defeated is a bit distracting, making battle seem busy
  • gets blood too early
  • equipment set overlay in battle appearing out of screen
  • Cid described as red haired man
  • would appreciate a new line between Gained access and "Accessed by using the region tab" (also fix to tab instead of tabs)
  • I wish I could just smash the slash button and be able to kill a bunch of enemies, but the problem is that it would make bosses too easy and great swords too powerful

2021/01/08

  • First cutscene beginning is better, but ending is a bit bad
  • enemy image not disappearing on death is bad
  • not being able to level up in battle screen sucks

  • bars look good
  • mp starting at zero?
  • equipment tab showing but has no equipment
  • mp appeared all of a sudden?
  • no idea if gotten equipment, equipment drops etc
  • no idea on difference between equipments
  • no idea what sharpen does (does nothing now)
  • no idea on my current level
  • no idea on area progress

2021/02/13

  • no idea what is happening but equip UI who is fugly is apeparing with other UI at game beginning
  • can click equip button even though cannot see it
  • clicking equip tag is hiding the player stat thing
  • there should be no 'other' tab in equipment
  • there should be something saying you have 'no weapons' when you have no weapns lol
  • something should say it is 'equipment slots' for the equipped things
  • can see turn charge (speed count)
  • game is completely unplayable at this state
  • tab button overlaping with battle area hyouji
  • the currently equipped button has no sort of indication it is equipped
  • maybe have type of slot above slot?

2021/02/19

  • I can see a repeat icon with no button and it looks weird
  • I'm at home 0/0, wtf does 0/0 means
  • I'm fighting a monster than text "bastard sword" comes up but no idea on what that is an no equip tab
  • I also have no skills and the combat is just waiting
  • equipment tab comes up but it's a bit easy to miss
  • other option does not get clicked when clicked and wth is it
  • can see speed count
  • way too many stats and things to think about
  • first weapon I got was a bastard sword which has 4 stats, which is confusing
  • no idea on how to beat the first boss lol

2021/02/26

  • button icons image white even when disabled
    • (and also, they are white lol should be like the mockup)
  • buttons on title screen are all fighting for attention
  • I'm happy with the game

2021/03/05

  • Story feels too easy to ignore, just go to another tab, no idea on what is going on
  • what is up with the 999 in enemy stats
  • clicking on wolf fields bugs up the game (bug - stop playing the game)

2021/03/12

  • No animations
  • no damage numbers
  • No effect when taking damage
  • Fighting toberries takes so long even though you can predict the result of the battle
  • repeated turns are boring and take a long time
  • even worse when you are dealing 0 damage
  • no red bar thing on HP bar

  • Keyboard support is barely there and it kinda sucks

2021/03/27

  • after initial cutscene, the game is in the memory tab & there are a bunch of tabs. Ideally you would only have the Title & Battle tab, while the other tabs slowly unlock.
  • no mouse wheel in unity
  • if you keep holding the keyboard button on advance area, you can go through an area you're not supposed to go through
  • persistence improved a lot when using the dude's save
  • batching seems to be a necessity though, since performance drops between tabs

2021/04/02 (browser)

  • actor hover broken
  • feedback button overlap with story buttons
  • feedback button not working in HTML5 version (should not be visible there for now)
  • still too many tabs, no animations, no damage numbers, animated bars, etc
  • nap always available is not a problem
  • loot drop messages visible in story mode, along side hover info (pretty broken when moving misc ui setup to title setup)
  • first street has 15 enemies, a bit much?
  • no damage numbers without animation is a big deal when enemy hits for zero

2022/04/10 (browser)

  • Locked skill hover message going over the box
  • very confusing initial equipment
    • equip sell buttons are far below
    • not 100% percent clear what the euqipment slots are
  • Just selecting a slot tab (like armor) should show armors (but without actually doing the same as clicking)
  • clicking on equipment thing which has no equipments (should be disabled)

2022/04/16

  • game is more fun with damage numbers
  • title tab button disappearing sucks
  • hard to notice you have stopped gaining experience once XP is maxed out (maybe increase the XP cap)
  • it's a bit weird when the enemy dies (death animation...?)
  • hard to know which region you are browsing in (either animate the buttons or add the header on area buttons or both)
  • XP numbers overlapping some times (change positioning algorithm)

2022/04/24

  • Unlock an area wtf as soon as you start the game
  • Sets button showing up below, a bit confusing, "red mage of defense" and etc, player can lose their skills by changing set (maybe make every set start with that specific skill set)
  • button reminders visibile even if button is disabled
  • adamanstoise name getting cut off

2022/05/10

  • the privacy button is overlaping with the export save stuff, fix if easily fixable. Not a big deal because not on Steam.
  • Two options: Road of Amazonia and Lagrima Continent... Maybe Road of Amazonia should come first?
  • What is being cursored when playing with the keyboard isn't that clear (maybe put a bigger frame on top of the button...?) Like a blue rect thingy
  • can take a while before you get your first piece of weapon...
  • If you are sleeping peacefully in your bed, how come you are behind the church...? And what to do after going behind the church lol. The exploration aspect is kinda nice but still...
  • no separation between region buttons and area buttons. Area buttons also not clear.
  • no lore on areas, specially those without enemies feels a bit dry
  • story mode could really use a transition into it, feels very sudden. Maybe a fade in and buttons coming up?
  • scene where Isabel meets victor could get a rework
  • Treetrunk has +-15 for speed...

2022/05/17

  • the privacy button is overlaping with the export save stuff, fix it because might send game to other portals.
  • Road of Amazonia & Lagrima hard to know difference for a new player (maybe just have a start game option for new players...? That would be a bit confusing though. But kinda necessary because new players impression have priority too BUT this is for getting new players, which is mainly a marketing concern)
    • look below for an idea about this
  • Can access region tab and achievement tab as soon as you enter Amazonia... Why?
  • two achievement tabs (remove old one)
  • Behind the church getting stuck until go to region tab
  • Chapter 1 places don't have lore
  • no explanation that you should go to Lagrima Continent for the rest of the story
    • maybe have a START button in the title screen that leads to a character selection UI which has some explanation on each character
  • Can take quite some time before getting the first weapon
  • set buttons come up later on which is good but it is a bit hard to know what they are lol
    • Add a set label to them
    • possibly disable buttons
    • maybe a cutscene explaining them?
  • if on upgrade mode and change equipment tabs, the upgrade cost gets hidden on top

2022/05/24

  • there is a problem when doing preview on equipment tab, it shows weapons for example while showing armor filter
  • the hover gets in the way when browsing equipment, move it further right like arcanum
  • broad sword level 3 and treetrunk level 1, discard worse discarded the broad sword
    • I think there is a test that says if one has an attribute the other doesn't, it is worse, BUT what if it is a reduction...?
  • if you ohld enter while fighting challenge areas, it kinda skips the dialog for attribute permanent
  • savedata (1).json has a weird case of selling undefined item bugging up everything
  • savedata (2).json has a more fucked up case... wtf is going on with sell all?

2022/05/31

  • talent should start at level 0, with practice unlocking at level 1
  • why you only have broad sword... for talnet practice
  • can practice broad sword but doesn't have broad sword... (might be okay?)
  • broad sword getting sword in place of tree trunk (sucks)

2022/06/13

  • Practice Experimental is the name of a tab that takes player to Acre
  • Level is 99999
  • Talking about getting out here in Acre log :/
  • Don't know why but unlocking Mind to Sahi I unlocked wya too much stuff
  • (Level NEED instead of require is not working)
  • Obscure moon and stuff too is unlocking too early
  • Obscure Moon is way too expensive

2022/06/21

  • story text feels sliglty hard to read... but it could be ki nosei
  • time accell is there but shouldn't be
  • time bars on unknown feel very nice

2022/06/28

  • no keyboard support for Start & Accept on browser
  • main14 text distance between letters is too large, looks weird
  • bunch of story cutscenes play out as soon as you begin isabel (urgent)
  • very weird bug of memory tab having an upper button near the tabs that you can press UP to get to
    • feels as if there is either another cursor group OR some stray element being added to the story, it's opsition is weird (can also be accessed from left and right, so maybe not a different cursor group...??)
  • for the perfect UI in battle, you would need to center the battle UI (not urgent, I think)
  • sell worse equipment hover might give further details that would stop some "bug reports" and misconceptions by saying it doesn't sell items equipped to different sets

2022/07/05

  • not always obvious you got a new equipment (hard to notice)
  • the battle system isn't boring... maybe it is because I'm on Isabel mode where a lot happens fast, lots of cutscenes and stuff

  • I feel like the first stage you fight in, you are killing enemies before they can attack, which makes it hard to understand that it's a battle, maybe

2022/07/19

  • wtf is a girl named You
    • mom calls her she though
  • first seconds of the game are boring
  • character is resting after cutscene AFTER clearing the area but doesn't really need to be
    • maybe only rest IF enemy is not null
  • Effect is below hover but still plays during full screen pop ups (stop rendering if in popup mode? or increase pop up mode render order..?) maybe also increase the layer of it
  • I wish the area clear thing would fade
  • hard to remember to check the other tabs
  • there is a message saying you unlocked region, but I kinda wish there was a red mark on the new regions and shit
  • finishing a challenge region feels a bit off compared to finishing a normal area

2022/07/26

  • the game starts and I have a bunch of options, kinda weird
  • can keep looking for coins and get rich
  • clicking battle bugs the game on safe area
  • upgrading equipmen wihtout equipment looks messed up
  • enemy UI remains after killing enemy
  • can kill enemies after area completes
  • kinda hard to know what the fuck is going between battle and exploration (could really use a transition)
  • Isabel no story...?
  • upgrading advances area but nothing tells you that
  • upgrading is always there
  • level up effects not working
  • no way to check amount of coins during exploration
  • can upgrade items during challenge areas and skip them
  • advancing area does not result in refreshing the options

2022/08/05

  • First area as Isabel too easy? Enemies take just one blow to die and doesn't hit back.
    • maybe I should remove initial attribute bonus from initial skill set?
  • bunch of tabs unlock, have no idea
  • recover is a bit hard to notice, maybe should flash?
  • Initial boss too weak? Bosses not having HP bonuses does feel like a bit of an annoying issue
  • could maybe add some really slow animation to slash button? battle buttons in general
  • nap and auto explore are a bit hard to notice
    • maybe I should put nap near HP bar and auto explore in the upper UI?
  • auto explore button should not appear in Isabel
  • drop rate too low for Isabel
