Xeon is a emulator for Microsoft X-Box made by SF and has a GNU GPLv2 license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 1.0 (x86), released on 2003-08-09, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with Xeon.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
Xeon is a Microsoft XBox emulator. NOTE: You will need a tool such as xISO to extract the contents of the ISO, making sure that the directory structure of the ISO is preserved. Also, this emulator supposedly ONLY runs Halo (NTSC version).
