WinVICE is a emulator for Commodore C128, Commodore 16/plus4, Commodore 64, Commodore CDTV, Commodore PET, Commodore VIC-20 made by The WinVice Team and has a GNU GPLv2 license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 3.1-win32 (x86), released on 2017-03-31, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with x64.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
VICE is a program that emulates the Commodore C64, the Commodore C64DTV, the Commodore C128, the Commodore VIC20, almost all Commodore PET models, the Commodore PLUS4 and the Commodore CBM-II (aka C610).
