Win994a is a emulator for Texas Instruments TI-99/4A made by Cory Burr and has a Freeware license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 3.010-win64 (x64), released on 2013-03-04, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with Win994a_x64.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
Win994a is a TI-99/4A simulator written by Cory Burr that installs and runs in the Windows environment. It was written to simulate the TI-99/4A, not to emulate it perfectly.
