SharpChip-8 is a emulator for Chip-8 made by Yannick Comte aka Demonixis and has a GNU GPLv2 license, the GUI language is French.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 0.5 (x86), released on 2011-11-19, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with SharpChip-8.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
SharpChip-8 is an interpreted language emulator chip-8. It is still experimental emulator, so keep in mind some functionality is not implemented yet.
