Citra is a emulator for Nintendo 3DS made by Multiple Contributors and has a GNU GPLv2 license, the GUI language is English.
The latest version of the emulator on EDC is 20150525-amd64 (x64), released on 2015-05-25, it runs on Windows XP,Vista,7,8,10, you can start this emulator with citra-qt.exe.
This emulator does NOT specificly need BIOS image(s) to start ROM files!
Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. Although it is slow at this time, it is constantly being improved. Citra's features include better visual output, debugging homebrew, with planned controller support.
