Load webpage Your.IP:5000 where Your.IP is the IP address of your Raspberry Pi (hence the recommendation to set a static IP address) or //hostname:5000.
Click on:

• Temperatures to begin monitoring. The webpage updates every two seconds.
• Shutdown to turn the Raspberry Pi off from the web browser. You need to confirm and have the option, within one minute to cancel the shutdown.
• Start/Stop logging buttons to turn CSV logging on and off.
• Notes page and add a note to be appended to next temperature reading. The note will be pending until the next timed CSV logging output. Changing the note prior to the next logging interval will overwrite the pending note.
