The AndroidAnnotations team never tested it with Netbeans, mainly because the ADT plugin is an Eclipse plugin, not a Netbeans plugin. It seems that there are not a lot of Netbeans users amongst the Android community. However, some people managed to get it working with Netbeans quite easily, as you can see here.
