Conte REDCap - PennBBL/conte GitHub Wiki

Motivation:

This wiki describes the REDCap database which contains clinical data, CNB, fMRI and EEG related measures, and tracking of procedures. The current database is named CONTE2 and contains 29 forms containing separate types of data.

Description of forms

  1. Enrollment: includes date of enrollment and end of study, study status, what diagnosis they were enrolled as, enrollment age
  2. Demographics: race, ethnicity, DOB, education, paternal and maternal education, sex, handedness
  3. Diagnosis: contains diagnosis closest to the procedures within 6 months, and therefore will not always be Conte. Protocol along with all axis 1-3 diagnoses are included in this form.
  4. Medications: Pulled by Lan Gao on 3/22/17 so that for each BBLID, medications were pulled closest within 6 months to date of diagnosis
  5. Pupillometry: Blank form
  6. Epi10 Qa: This is the fMRI fear conditioning task Epi10 QA data that is pulled from the conte project in Xnat. It was pulled by MQ on 6/12/17.
  7. Restingbold: This is the MRI resting BOLD Epi10 QA data that is pulled from the conte project in Xnat. It was pulled by MQ on 6/12/17. Note there was not resting BOLD for earlier versions of CONTE.
  8. Freesurfer: This is the data from monstrum (/import/monstrum/conte_815814/group_results/freesurfer/stats) it includes mostly version3 data, however if FreeSurfer wasn't run on a version3 subject, then the FreeSurfer data for version2. There is a variable which denotes which scanid the FreeSurfer data came from.
  9. CAINS: Includes all CAINS raw item scores plus an added MAP, Expression, and Total scores. This data for subjects completing the Conte intake were typically done with the assessment. However, if there was not enough time or if the subjects came from a different protocol assessment, the CAINS was collected before the EEG procedure.
  10. BPRSV4: For Conte subjects, was not collected after 6/11/2016
  11. Saps: For Conte subjects, was not collected after 10/12/2016
  12. SANS: For Conte subjects, was not collected after 6/11/2016
  13. Sips V1: Sips Scores for subjects completing version 1 of Conte. The SIPS scores were separated into 3 forms since there were several subjects who completed multiple versions of Conte and potentially could have separate SIPS scores.
  14. Sips V2: Sips Scores for subjects completing version 2 of Conte. See Sips V1 for more info.
  15. Sips V3: Sips Scores for subjects completing version 3 of Conte. See Sips V1 for more info.
  16. SWLS: Was typically collected with EEG or during the Conte Intake if the subject did not come from a different study
  17. MMSE: Pulled from Oracle or from REDCap as not all MMSE scores were entered into Oracle.
  18. Cnb Raw: Raw data pulled from WebCNP. Valid scores are also included.
  19. Stai: Data pulled from WebCNP. Pre and Post STAI are included in this form.
  20. Ratings Data (version1): This is the pre and post ratings data, as well as aversive/neutral conditioning of the faces, for version1 fMRI subjects. The data was processed by MQ and pulled from monstrum (See Ratings wiki).
  21. Ratings Data (version2): This is the pre and post ratings data, as well as aversive/neutral conditioning of the faces, for version2 fMRI subjects. The data was processed by MQ and pulled from monstrum (See Ratings wiki).
  22. Ratings Data (version3): This is the pre and post ratings data, and pre-post ratings data, as well as aversive/neutral conditioning of the faces, for version3 fMRI subjects. The data was processed by MQ and pulled from monstrum (See Ratings wiki).
  23. Catch Trial Data (version3): This contains summary scores generated from catch trial data from fMRI version3, the catch trials are green crosshairs during the fear conditioning task where the participant is asked to respond using the response wheel. They are useful for QA of the fear conditioning data. See the Ratings wiki for more information.
  24. Post Questionnaire Mri: Form with questions from after the MRI takes place that include: How unpleasant was the scream sound, how loud was the scream sound, and how sleepy were you.
  25. Post Questionnaire Eeg: Form with questions from after the EEG takes place that include: How pleasant did you find the sounds, how loud id you find the sounds, did you notice that any certain sounds occurred more with one type of face than the other, did you notice any patterns.
  26. Conte Social Interest Questionnaire: Nine questions total, 8 relating to social interest, 1 question (question #7) that is used to indicate whether they are paying attention and not just clicking random answers (question asks whether or not candy bars are healthy).
  27. Resting Eeg Closed: Form with extracted data from the resting state eyes closed. This includes data from theta, delta, alpha, beta and gamma frequencies for all electrodes.
  28. Resting Eeg Open: Form with extracted data from the resting state eyes open. This includes data from theta, delta, alpha, beta and gamma frequencies for all electrodes.
  29. Tracker: Includes binary variables stating whether or not a procedure was done and whether or not data exists for that subject. Also includes notes and status for MRI and EEG procedures.
