Hulking behemoths of muscle, fur, and horns, one would not be faulted for thinking these folk to be dangerous beasts to be feared, but under the layers of strength and shag and keratin is the soul of an artist and storyteller. Literally written into being by their tribemates, Minos' are destined to travel out into the world, and record the story of their life, before returning to their hometown to pass on and leave a story for their progeny.

As such, a Minos' most prized possession is their storybook, which contains a recollection of their life so far. Each Minos' soul is actually contained in their storybook, and as such, those that loose their book are often wracked with guilt and sorrow, dying not long after if their book is not found or restored. For this reason, a Minos will guard it's storybook with it's life, and for someone to be trusted with the responsibility of safeguarding a storybook for a Minos is the same to them as literally placing their life in that person's care.
