alpha-vantage:

Not great in terms of time and data available - although it has minute data. Might be good because of the technical indicators at least to explore. Can also be worth to have just to have some simple data to play with - it is very clean.

Quantopian data

Google Finance and Yahoo finance

According to this they can provide historical data down to the 1 minute granularity
