It is up to the user's personal preference.

As many YouTube videos or articles have shown, Windows 11 may be better in one area while Windows 10 is better in another WHILE most of the time they're on par.

If you have a top-of-the-line processor with the "Efficiency cores" etc. you may be better off with Windows 11 since generally it supports handling those cores.

One advantage Creosynth has in Windows 11 is that timer resolution can be managed, reducing latency in audio/video workloads. We utilise ZwTimerResolution for that but users are welcome to install their own preferred solutions.
