Timer Resolution - PearPony/Creosynth GitHub Wiki
Creosynth includes ZwTimerResolution with a setting that applies a 0.5ms value when it is detected the that the user is using Windows 11. In Windows 10 it is not possible to set timer resolution without installing third-party drivers that are commonly unsigned.
For users who would like to tweak it for their own perfect spot it is recommended not to install ZwTimerResolution by unselecting the correct option in playbook configuration and taking a look at BetterTimerResolution instead.
By not installing ZwTimerResolution, dynamic tick and the registry value necessary for custom timer resolutions are not applied, so be sure to apply them yourself.
