MCP servers

DrupalClaw can connect external tools (GitHub, Jira, code intelligence and more) through the Model Context Protocol.

Configuring a server

Either ask the agent in the chat:

Add a GitHub MCP server with my token ghp_...

or edit /workspace/.pi/mcp.json yourself. After saving, send /restart in the chat to activate the changes. Servers show up in the MCPs tab.

Servers set up for you

• GitNexus: registered by drupal-index for code intelligence over your Drupal project
• Servers offered by a catalog you install from the Marketplace

Using MCP in Flows

Flows can include MCP steps that call a tool on a connected server.

Tips

• Prefer asking the agent to edit mcp.json: it merges your change with the existing file
• Keep tokens out of shared files and chat logs when you can
