The camps list follows the base design model. The existing elements are used to display the camp data.
Logged in admins can create new camps.
All logged in users can read camps. Admin edits and user applications will update camp data. Logged in users can delete the camp.

Filters can be applied to view more specific camps. Camps can be searched by name.
