A base model consists of all the designed elements.

The alert at the top of the page changes developing on which mode the site is in.
A red bar signifies that the site is in development mode and therefor is also in debug mode.

A yellow bar signifies that the site is in evaluation mode.

A grey bar signifies that the site is in deployment mode.
