Create a FASTA file for Human proteins - PathwayAnalysisPlatform/PathwayMatcher GitHub Wiki

Go to Uniprot

Search for the desired list of proteins:

• At the menu on the left, select "Swiss Prot".
• In the left pane, under the section "Filter by", select "Reviewed".
• Then, under the section "Popular organisms", select "Human". It will display a list of around 20214 proteins.

Click on the download button located in the upper part of the screen, below the search box.

Select "Download all" with the format as "FASTA canonical" file. Click "Go".
