Below are the ratings for each weapon's attributes. For a weapon of tier T:

Weapon Sharpness = (T + 1) * sharpness

Weapon Inertia = (T + 1) * inertia

Weapon Hardness = (T + 1) * hardness

Weapon Stability = T * stability

Weapon Reach = reach

Weapon Critical = critical
