how to save my mod in Unity?

Save it as a .scene file from the top left in 'file'. This will save all the data from you mod.

How to update the tool?

Get the lastest build from the GitHub page and open the .unitypackage with Unity in the same project. To check for updates, click on the Parkitect tab in Unity, and click on Check for Updates.
