The "AE Elven Portal" is a device which allows interaction with the Elven Portal while Passive Mode is turned on, or crafts things without the Elven Portal nearby while Passive Mode is turned off. The block itself consumes a small amount of mana (60% of a dilluted pool or 0.6% of a standard mana pool) for every crafted item. While in passive mode, it must be placed next to the Elven Core and the portal must have enough mana to be opened and stable for atleast 2.5 seconds. If the portal is not opened, it will be forced opened, and no crafting jobs should occur, while the portal is closed.
