How to Create Appointments
Home > Vehicle > Vehicle Pre-Service > Appointments

- Go to Appointment list and click on Add Appointment button

- Add Appointment Type as shown below

- Select the Appointment Time and Time Slots as shown below.

- Select Customer. Once you select the Customer, all the Customer's Vehicle will show.

- Select the vehicle. After selection of Vehicle, all Vehicle data will be filled in the Vehicle Details section.

- Add the Secondary Number (if needed). For New Secondary contact, click on the Create New Contact option.

- A quick entry form will appear. Enter all the details and save.

- Enter Voice of Customer in the Appointment details and then save and submit.

- A Custom confirmation and reminder message will be sent to the Customer, whose status show up in the Stats.

- If Customer want to reschedule the Appointment, then click on the Status button on the top right of the Appointment and Select Reschedule option.

- A New Appointment Form will appear on the screen, add the new date and time in the Appointment Time and Time Slot. Save and submit the form.

- Click the Create button on the top of Appointment and Select Repair Order as shown below.
