Each book must at least have one of these tags, but it can also have more than one depending on the range of themes the book addresses. The tags are search tools meant to enable customers to find products that are of interest to them. If a customer searches for 'travel' all the products tagged with 'papercattravel' should come up for them to browse through. Moreover, all the tagging categories are listed on left side of the Paperight browsing section, making it easy for the customer to focus on the products they would like to look through. This is the importance of tagging all products properly.
To add a tag to the product listing on the Paperight website, you have to first log into the website. Then search for the title of the book you want to add a tag to. Scroll down on the product page to the 'Edit product metadata' button and click on it. This should lead to the page that allows you to fill in or edit that product's details such as its ISBN/UUID, its title, its long and short description, etc.
Look for the 'Tags' space, which is the 6th space from the bottom. Add the product tag there. If there are already other tags in that space (e.g. 'fiction' instead of 'papercatfic'), rather add to the existing ones than deleting them. It is better to have more ways of finding the same product than a few. Separate the tags with a comma. When you are finished, click 'Update'. The product should now be tagged.
Whatever tag you add to the website must also be made to the Content Master metadata sheet. (This applies not only to tags but to any change you may make to the live/website metadata.)
