Insufficient documentation (comments) for:

• GameResources.vb
• UtilityFunctions.vb

The current documentation of the code is quite useful for the team since it gives some instructions and explanations on how the program works. However, there are still some files that are not documented sufficiently so we need to work on that once finishing converting the code to C# language.
