-implement casterManager

-figure out how to aim and fire psi-storm

-pick best target for psi-storm (sum of unit value in area?), also know when to use and when not too since we

don't just want to use whenever available

-tell own units to get out of psi-storm to avoid friendly fire damage

-Strategy stuff:

-building layout planning (sim-city)

-proton cannon placement (also in conjunction with sim-city choke points/ natural choke points)

-defensive play/ hold back on rush

-Bug fixes:

-worker rush
