1. Introduction - Paillat-dev/FABLE GitHub Wiki
1.1 Project Overview
FABLE (Film and Artistic Bot for Lively Entertainment) is a software tool that generates complete YouTube videos and uploads them directly to your channel. It uses various Python libraries and APIs such as Google's YouTube Data API v3, OpenAI's GPT-3, Coqui's TTS, and Bark.
The videos are generated based on prompts or ideas that you provide, and the content includes not just text but also voiceovers and thumbnails. The tool supports multiple channels, and you can create new ones as needed. The generated videos are private by default, but you can change their status on YouTube later.
1.2 License and Restrictions
FABLE is provided under the GNU General Public License v3.0 with an additional Commons Clause. The software can be used, modified, and distributed, but it cannot be commercially exploited. This means it can't be used to generate content that are sold or monetized on any internet content platform. This also includes offering services for the generation of such videos. Any use, even of a small portion of the code, is subject to these conditions. Any license notice or attribution must mention the author, Paillat-dev. Any attempts to remove copyright mentions or modify the license are strictly prohibited and can lead to revocation of the license.
