Summary

This dataset includes several barcoded samples of full-length 16S amplicon sequences from three samples, plus a mock community. Results of analysis of this data are presented in the poster Analysis of Full-Length Metagenomic 16S Genes by SMRT® Sequencing (pdf). Experiments done in collaboration with Chunlab.

Sample metadata is as follows:

Water: Surface sea water sample from Oido, Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

Soil: Grassland soil from Seoul National University. Top soil (0-10cm), pH 4.88, water content 28.5%

Cecum: Mouse cecum.
