Summary

This dataset includes one SMRT Cell of data gathered with a PacBio RS II System and P6-C4 chemistry on a size selected 20kb library of E. coli K12 substrain MG1655. Assembling this SMRT Cell results in a single contig at >Q50 accuracy using SMRT Analysis 2.0 or higher.

Primary Analysis (Instrument Output) Data

• Input SMRT Cell data files (7 GB) including metadata.xml, bas.h5, and bax.h5 files that can be imported into SMRT Analysis.

Secondary Analysis Data

• Final genome assembly in FASTQ format (2.6 MB). HGAP was run using default parameters in SMRT Portal.
