6. Searching public experiments in PRIDE - PRIDE-Archive/pride-inspector GitHub Wiki

PRIDE Inspector ‘Search PRIDE’ Panel. This panel gives access to the public PX ‘Complete’ submissions available in PRIDE.

Users can search (Search box) using metadata information such as species, tissue, publication, and project title, among others. If the use select a Project, all the assays (files) corresponding with the select project are shown. Then, the user can download the files using the corresponding download button.

The user can remove the search terms in the right side of the screen.
