In this section, the customers can come and put in their reviews for the products they buy on a scale of 1 to 10. After calculation of simple mean of this 10 point rating system, this serves as a feedback or quality for each product in the store.

For the stores, the feedback system can be easily restricted to only the products a particular customer bought. Also one can encourage the customers to share their reviews.

This way a product's life-cycle, customer's behavior analysis, market basket analysis, etc can easily be done. Machine learning algorithms like Maximum Likelihood Estimate or Bayesian Network modeling can easily be applied.
