predict_suitability - PNHP/Regional_SDM GitHub Wiki

This script:

1. loads the raster stack
2. loads the random forest model
3. run a predict on the raster stack throughout the study area (the extent of the raster stack - if you want a map for a smaller area, provide it with a raster stack with a smaller extent).
4. write out the results to a new geotiff.
