Description

This is a small helper programm that checks is the structure of your configuration files is correct, if all input files and all output directories (also that for the restart file) exist.

Technical Note

The source code is in lpjcheck.c and it uses some other LPJmL functions and data types, too.
To use lpjcheck you need to compile LPJmL with make all.
