Biography
Tanner joined Parafield Security Operations in 1981 after completing the in-house academy, drawing Sector B patrol within two years. Six years on the job had given him a reputation for unflappable radio discipline, a reputation that ended on June 15 1987.
He responded to a motion alert in the Sector B break room and found Clyde Harry wearing a full maid outfit and holding a mop. His radio exchange with P.S.O control, conducted while visibly holding in laughter, is preserved in the incident log. He remained on scene while David Robertson took charge, eventually turning to face the wall while losing the battle against laughter. Robertson overrode protocol and took responsibility for Harry.
Personality
Professional under pressure, barely. Follows protocol on the radio while visibly falling apart in person. Described the incident afterward as the funniest thing seen in six years of security work.
