Biography
Whitfield ran night shift dispatch for two years without a single unusual call, a streak that ended on June 15 1987. Presented with a maid outfit report over the radio, Whitfield cycled through confusion, suspicion of a prank, and open laughter from the control room within ninety seconds. The exchange is preserved in the incident log.
Personality
Calm dispatcher with a professional radio voice that completely deserts her when the call is absurd. Asks good clarifying questions. Loses composure anyway.

Trivia
- Asked if Patrick put Tanner up to it. Patrick had, in a sense, nothing to do with it.
