Deploy fresh app server

Requires: Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64

Command: fab app web_bootstrap

Requires: Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64

Command: fab db db_bootstrap

Deploy app to production

Copy local source to production server and restart service

Command: /deploy/build.sh
