Pikas are small, mountain-dwelling mammals closely related to rabbits. Pikas carry around soft plant material such as hay and twigs in their mouths, which they eat in winter. Otherwise, Pikas feast on grasses, wildflowers, and stems. The Ili Pika is sometimes referred to as the 'magic bunny', due to their elusivity - with there being approximately 1000 left in the wild.

Variants

Pikas have 2 different variants. These include (from top to bottom):

American Pika | Ochotona princeps

Ili Pika | Ochotona iliensis

Spawning and Biomes

The Pika spawns in extreme hills. The American Pika has a 20% spawn rate, whereas the Ili Pika has a 3% spawn rate. Both variants spawn solitarily.

Drops

The Pika drops Small Wild Meat. It has 5 hit points.

Behaviour

They are passive.

Breeding

As of release 1.0, the Pika is currently able to have babies. The Pika can be bred using certain flowers, such as alliums, orchids, tulips, dandelions, poppies, azure bluets, and daisies.
