Motor Sizing
The motor used in Ball Hop game machine is Micro gearmotor-90 RPM (6v-12v).
The adapter used is 12V DC 2A.
Motor Sizing:
Mass of spinner =0.0519 kg
g=9.8
Force(F) = mass*g
Force(F) =0.0519 * 9.8
Force(F) = 0.50862 N.
Torque(T) = F * r
r = 3.7
T = 0.50862 * 3.7
T = 1.88189 kgcm.
Total Torque(T) = FOS * T
T = 1.5 * 1.88189
T = 2.8228 kgcm.
Therefore Rated = 30 Rpm
Power = (23.1430*2.8228)/60
Power = 8.8635 W.
